Rediscovering Lewis and Clark
Visit the four state lookout and you will have a breathtaking view of Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska and Iowa. Look down the river and you can almost see Lewis and Clark as they come up the river on their way to the Pacific Ocean.
Visit the Native American Heritage Museum two miles east of Highland, a major exhibit of the Lewis and Clark expeditions’ impact on Native Americans of the eastern Missouri region.
