COMMUNICABLE DISEASE SURVEILLANCE - INVESTIGATION

Hospitals, Physicians, Adult Care Facilities, Schools and Day Care Facilities report to the Health Department for all Kansas reportable diseases.

The Health Department conducts investigation and reports to the Kansas Department of Health & Environment and the Centers for Disease Control.
